Getting paid
Earnings are held briefly, then released to your payout method. Balances under $10 roll over to the next month. Fees, holds, and the rest of the detail are in the Referral Fee Agreement, which is the document that governs. This page is the plain summary, not the contract.
Say that you earn from it
If you share your link, tell people you get paid when they join. The Federal Trade Commission requires that disclosure, and it needs to sit next to the link where people will actually see it, not buried in a profile or at the end of a long post. Something as short as "I earn a referral fee if you join" is enough.
