We honor these requests promptly and, in any event, within the time required by applicable law.

We will require the successor to honor this Privacy Policy or to provide notice of any material change. Biometric Data is transferred only in accordance with Section 5.

**4. Sale of Personal Information and Targeted Advertising**

We may sell or share personal information with advertising partners for advertising purposes, and we may transfer or sell personal information as part of a business transaction as described in Section 3. The personal information involved may include your contact, profile, questionnaire, and usage information. We do not sell or share Biometric Data (see Section 5).

Where required by law, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information and not to use it for targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 18 years of age without opt-in consent.

To make these choices, you may use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" links located in the footer of our website and in your account settings, email us at privacy@aihumanconnection.ai, or enable a recognized universal opt-out signal such as the Global Privacy Control, which we treat as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser or device. We also provide a notice at or before the point of collection describing the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them. We will honor your request promptly and, in any event, within the time required by applicable law.

**5. Voice and Facial (Biometric) Data**

Live meetings are recorded and may be processed by our systems, which can include the analysis of facial geometry and voiceprints. We collect and process Biometric Data based on your consent, solely to operate, provide, and improve the Platform and its artificial intelligence and for the connection and matching features you use. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your Biometric Data. We retain Biometric Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and destroy it in accordance with the retention and destruction schedule described below. If AI Human Connection is acquired, your Biometric Data will be transferred to the successor only where permitted by law and subject to your continuing or renewed consent.

Before we collect any Biometric Data, we present a separate written notice explaining that Biometric Data is being collected and stored, the specific purpose of the collection, and the length of time it will be stored and used, and we obtain your written opt-in consent; we do not collect, use, or store Biometric Data without that consent. We maintain a publicly available written policy that establishes a retention schedule and guidelines for permanently destroying Biometric Data. Under that policy, we permanently destroy your Biometric Data when the initial purpose for collecting it has been satisfied, or within one (1) year after your account is closed or your last interaction with the Platform, whichever occurs first, and in no event later than three (3) years after your last interaction with us. We do not disclose your Biometric Data except with your consent, as necessary to complete a transaction you request, or as required by law.

**6. Data Security**

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

**7. Data Retention**

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Biometric Data is retained in accordance with the shorter period described in Section 5.

**8. Your State Privacy Rights**

Depending on your state of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights: to access or know the personal information we hold about you; to correct inaccurate personal information; to delete your personal information (subject to legal exceptions and to the content license in your Membership Agreement, under which recordings of meetings in which you participated may be retained); to obtain a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of the sale of personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising and the sharing of personal information for that purpose; and to opt out of certain profiling. Most states with comprehensive privacy laws require your opt-in consent before we process sensitive data, which includes Biometric Data; in California, you instead have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and you may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

States that have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws include California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. Florida provides a more limited Digital Bill of Rights.

California Residents: in addition to the rights above, California residents have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect and the categories of third parties to which we sell or share it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising their rights. We provide a notice at collection and honor the Global Privacy Control.

Illinois, Texas, and Washington Residents (Biometric Data): we obtain consent before collecting Biometric Data, maintain a written retention-and-destruction schedule, and do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from Biometric Data, consistent with applicable biometric-privacy laws.

How to exercise your rights: you may submit a request by contacting us at privacy@aihumanconnection.ai or AI Human Connection LLC, 3911 Concord Pike, \#8030 SMB 116443, Wilmington, Delaware 19803. For your protection, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline a request where an exception applies under law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within forty-five (45) days, with an extension where permitted, in which case we will notify you. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a denial, you may appeal by contacting us at privacy@aihumanconnection.ai.

**9. Cookies and Similar Technologies**

We use several categories of cookies and similar technologies: (a) strictly necessary cookies to operate the Platform and keep you signed in; (b) functional cookies to remember your preferences; (c) analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used; and (d) advertising cookies and similar technologies to support advertising and measure campaign performance. These technologies may involve third parties such as analytics and advertising providers, and the specific providers may change over time. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie preference controls, as well as through device-level advertising identifiers. We also honor recognized universal opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control as described in Section 4.

**10. Children's Privacy**

The Platform is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

**11. Changes to This Privacy Policy**

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.

**12. Contact Us**

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at privacy@aihumanconnection.ai, AI Human Connection LLC, 3911 Concord Pike, \#8030 SMB 116443, Wilmington, Delaware 19803, or \[telephone number\].

**13. Governing Law and Disputes**

This Privacy Policy, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it or to our collection, use, or disclosure of personal information, is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Delaware. This governing-law and dispute-resolution provision is intended to mirror the dispute-resolution terms of the Membership Agreement.
